You are staying in the Holly neighborhood of East Austin, one of the easiest parts of the city to explore on foot. Rainey Street's bar cabins and food trucks, Downtown offices and venues, and the East Sixth Street restaurant strip are all a few minutes away, and South Congress shopping is a short drive. Lady Bird Lake trails and the Ann and Roy Butler boardwalk are close for a morning run, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is roughly fifteen minutes out, which makes late arrivals and early flights painless.

Arrival and parking

Check-in is self-service from 4pm — we text your door code and directions the day before, so nobody has to meet you or hand over keys. Check-out is 11am. One dedicated covered parking spot in the building comes with the condo, and free street parking is available nearby if you arrive with a second car.

House rules and policies

Holly House is smoke-free and pet-free throughout so every condo stays fresh for guests with allergies; service animals are welcome as required by law. No parties or events. Quiet hours run from 10pm so neighbors in the building can sleep.
