What time is check-in and check-out at Holly House?
Check-in is self-service from 4pm and check-out is at 11am. We text your door code and directions the day before you arrive, so there is no front desk and no waiting for keys.

Every condo books individually with its own live calendar and rate. You can search all condos at once on the booking page or reserve a specific condo from its own page.
Do the condos have kitchens?
Each condo has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, plus a private full bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
Are pets allowed at Holly House?
Holly House is smoke-free throughout. Pet policy varies by condo, and service animals are welcome as required by law.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically at checkout, so a seven-night or twenty-eight-night stay prices lower per night than a short weekend.
How do I pay and when am I charged?
Payment is made by credit card on our secure checkout, processed directly by our property management system. You receive a confirmation with your reservation details as soon as the booking is accepted.
